To cancel a subscription on the PayPal website, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings.
- Click Payments.
- Select Automatic payments.
- Select the merchant.
- On this page, you can cancel the automatic payment and change the backup payment method.
PLEASE NOTE: You can not cancel the subscription on jimboonlanier.com! That WILL NOT stop PayPal payments.

I have created an account and went to purchase a monthly subscription of Jimbo’s video subscription. When I confirmed payment on my PayPal account for the monthly subscription, I saw something went wrong, and I had paid for a yearly subscription. I am wanting the monthly subscription so can you fix that on your end or please, let me know what I need to do on my end. Thanks so much!
